I have been told to drop the equipment at any location but it looks I was given wrong info. I dropped the truck first at Tustin location but I was directed to go to Westminster location. Also Tustin location took my dolly so I had to go back the next day to take it to Westminster location. In a nut shell, I had to drive 4 times to check out and return my equipment.Yazab A.

The new hire was excellent! And, Jeff made sure he made no mistakes. Very good staffing. Only snag was it was made clear that I had to have truck back by 8am for next client who had booked it, and I couldn't even have for 24hrs., We dropped off the night before, inside gate, next to office garages for safety, and dropped key in door as promised. But, still received a call late morning wondering if I could make sure to have it back by 2pm within the 24 hr window. After telling them I followed rules and where it was, they said they'd call back,, and let me know. No call back to my knowledge. And, what happened to 8am customer? Why didn't they call to say they were waiting, or they were a no show, so keep the truck for full 24hrs that I should have had, instead of asking if I could have it back by then, instead of what happened to promised by 8am drop off? Since I received this thank you for renting message, I guess they found the truck right outside their office door, and all is well. Don't great me with "We have no trucks available." Wait for the me to say why I stopped by, then tell me what I want to know. If I'm "an hour late picking up the truck" at 9 am, then answer the phone at 7:58am when I call to see if you are open yet and if I can come get the truck. And that's the worse of my complaints. So thank you, it was pleasure. :) (But seriously, let me ask a question first. I'm not that other person, I'm me. Find out who I am. Try, "Hi, I'm [your name]. How can I help you?" LOL)JOHN F.

Please have full gas tank before handling the keys over to customers! I received the 20' truck with 1/4 gas fuel level and it's not easy for customer to put gas into this big truck.THOMAS N.

I never rented a uhaul from them. They used the wrong Info for the renter and were ok with it... after calling to inform them they sent the contract to the wrong person they said, "that's OK, we gave a paper contract to him too." Perhaps they missed that I was NOT ok with someone else using MY email on their contract... I continued to recieve all communications and receipts for the duration of the rental process.ERVIN W.

The return process was not great. I do not want to turn on location services on my phone and have to photograph the vehicle from every side in the middle of the road in the dark. Very invasive from my perspective.JILL Z.

If possible, I will never use Uhaul again. You should change your name to F you, instead of Uhaul. I made my reservation a week in advance. The day before I was supposed to pick up the truck ( that I was guaranteed online) I was informed that my reservation was moved 25+ miles away and that I was expected to pay for the extra fuel and distance. Then I was told if I canceled my reservation, I would be charged a cancelation fee. This is a scam. You took my card number to guarantee a vehicle, but the truth is you took it to make sure you could charge my card after you made sure to screw me. I'll be calling your cooperate offices daily until I get a response with some kind of customer service. I own a business and I would fire any and all staff that spouted the nonsense that I got from 3 of your supposed customer service reps. If you want to improve for the next customer... try not scamming them for their hard earned money. I'll be leaving a scathing review on Yelp as well as anywhere else I can.NATHAN H.
