Have the truck ready and not have me wait. The guys called the person to bring in the truck and got it there quick but I was told it would be ready. I waited for 30 minutes and the truck was not inspected.

The older man that helped me was so unfriendly. When asked if he owned the place he responded sarcastically with “if I owned it, I wouldn’t work here.” Then when asked a question about rentals again, very unfriendly and responded with “I don’t understand your question.” When following up about the Imitate discount we were told we would get over the phone, he was rude again and said “they’ve never give that out in the 15 years I’ve worked here.” Prob not who you want running your front office if you care about customer service.

I use this Crocker's lockers facility alot because of it's friendly staff, and it's convenient location. HOWEVER, I do NOT appreciate having to return and re-rent every 3 days. When I want the truck for a week, I should not ne required to interruot my work flow, and return it, only to immediately re-rent it. Not only does it cost me at least $20 in extra mileage, not to mention the expense of gas, but valuable time that I could be working, and makes me feel like I'm a chiod tgst has to be monitored! It's insulting. I also do not appreciate the indirect harassment by the owners about my leaving my late model suv, or Late model RV for thr days I rent their vehicle, and am told to move them down the street to accommodate their customers, when I already park to leave room for at least 4 or 5 cars anyway. Their customers? What am I?? It'sa public street, and none of their business, (or legal for them to order me) WHERE I park on a public street. Surprisingly, one of my favorite employees there told the other to relay the message that if I wasn't ok with doing that, then there was another Uhaul facility close by that could probably better accommodate my parking out front (and down the street) for multiple days. He says it's the owner, and not him, but he gets the heat if I do park. He has nothing to do with where I park either, but because he and the other guys are always helpful, and nice, I moved to stop the owners harrassment of them, and myself for something that they have no legal right to do with. So, for THAT, beware new customers!

Very smooth process. Jeremy was extremely helpful over the phone and did a search in area for a 15' box truck. I reserved a 10' truck and when I arrived to pick it up, Jeremy and another very nice gentleman let me know they could clean out the 15' that was just returned and that made my move so much easier to have what I needed. On top of that, the other gentleman was very thorough about process AND helped me adjust my mirrors AND made certain I knew to not use the tow/haul mode because it would be very fuel-inefficent. I highly recommend this business. They also run a storage facility and I'm sure their customers are taken care of based on my experience this past weekend. For future customers, I recommend that you continue to do as you all are doing. Thank you again.

I arrived to return the Uhaul and the on site manage told me he would not accept the vehicle be cause he had no place to park it. I advised this was the location contracted to return. Then he told me to get out the office he other things to do in the storage facility. He told me take it to another location, I refused called customer service, who contacted the location advice them to accept the vehicle. The other employees started to check in the vehicle and the manager told him not to accept it.. I was still on the phone with customers service, the agent made a second call to the location advising to accept the vehicle. He refused. Now we are over 45 mins of me dealing with him refusing the vehicle. He refused to give me his name.. finally he listens to the agent accepts the vehicle but refuses to provide a receipt. I am appalled with the level of disrespect, I experienced. I have been renting from U haul for year and have never had this type of experience. Please fire the manager, as I will share my experience with all that will listen about that location. I will never rent at that location again...
