the trailer had 1 safety chain that needs reattachment- the chain that goes over front axle of towed vehicle

Frank JThe pick up location was supposed to be Page,AZ. They had us drive 1 hour and 15 minutes to the above location to retrieve the truck. Page had our drop off location incorrect. Kanab location folks were great. Page location experience was the worst.

George HHad to purchase a 4 to 7 pin converter as one was not available. This is frustrating as I rented the trailer because I do not have one so I do not have a need for a plug or converting plug.
JAMES SPeople need to know more than 5 pm the night before a cross state move where they are picking up their rentals. And then when the return them and the contract says Avondale, that is where they need to go, not have to go out of their way after 2 long drives and moving. More organization is needed or maybe I drop off where it’s closest to me and uhaul internally moves things around.
KELLIE KThe U-Haul website was down so we waited in the store for 45 min for someone to call the store clerk. We were allowed to take the truck when the clerk talked to a U-Haul person on the phone but it ate 45 min off our rental time: we had to really hurry to get it back on time. Then we were charged for going 50 miles when we only went 20.
ROSEMARY CJake was an absolute delight to work with, and he was extremely accommodating. I was in a pinch, and he chose to stay open late so that we could get the rental that night.
ADAM HHave a better selection so something is available. We had to stay in a hotel for 2 days because nothing was available.

RYAN SThen, when dropping the truck off I was told that I owed $14.25 in fuel and was told, rudely, If I had read the instructions it says how much fuel to add. Well, the tank was already almost where it needed to be, so I just added another $25 in fuel, guessing. Got super close, but not close enough I guess. Spend a grand on a truck rental and because the needle is maybe 1/32 of an inch lower than when picked up, get charged more. Sigh...what ever. All in all the experience was good. Thanks

PATRICIA MThe staff at local hardware store that provides UHaul rental trucks is not knowledgeable about how the U-Haul rental process works. I don't recall this being an issue the last time I rented the truck from there. I believe ownership has changed. When I say I would recommend this location to a friend, it's because it's the only place in town to get a U-Haul truck.

DALLAS SI had a 7:30 reservation to pick up a car hauler. When I got there, the company was closed. I spoke to a representative for that area of u. Haul, he told me, I should have known better that it was a small town, so there is nothing he could do about it. They closed early. I had to go and get a motel room. And then go back in the morning to get the trailer where the young lady was nice, but did not show any kinda remorse about the situation they put me in. I am still waiting, get refunded. $50, which is ridiculous. Considering add spin a 110 from my motel room for the night. Hopefully, they will make a right soon. If they do I will change my review to give better stars, but until then I had a horrible experience training. Get a call, hauler from this place.
