The pick up location was supposed to be Page,AZ. They had us drive 1 hour and 15 minutes to the above location to retrieve the truck. Page had our drop off location incorrect. Kanab location folks were great. Page location experience was the worst.

Sean HI figured someone would have walked us to the vehicle and did a pre rental walkthrough or something along those lines to make sure everything was good, but that didn’t happen. The experience was fine overall, but not good or great.
