It COST me $99.00 to rent a 5x8 trailer in Corpus Christi, TX and take it to Kanab, Utah. It cost me $405.00 to rent a 4x5 trailer in Kanab, Utah and bring it back to Corpus Christi, TX. That is price gouging and I will NEVER use U-Haul again. A 400 % price increase is not acceptable. There were at least eight, maybe a dozen 5x8 trailers there in Utah so it was not an issue to get one. I am pissed and someone there needs to do something about it. I could see it costing twice as much as it cost me out of Corpus Christi but not four times more. I expect to hear back from someone within U-Haul to adjust the price that I was charged. see my email. the truck was disgusting. windshield wipers - rubber blew off. When I mentioned the condition of the truck upon return, the owner Dave Crosby didn't apologize and said it will be in Oregon or some other state tomorrow and shrugged his shoulders essentially. Horrible. No masks, no social distancing, rude.

The trailer could not be unhitched from tow vihicle?? Did not have any mechanism to unhitch from car when trailer was full; that makes no sense??!

The low tire pressure problem encountered midway through the trip was mentioned. The tire was to be checked for pressure and a slow leak. The rim was quite rusty at the tire bead seat.

Crosby Home & Farm Center folks were great and I appreciated their help. However, Uhaul had some issues, furniture blankets were dirty and had pine needles from previous use, and there was some kind of slippery oil in the bed of the truck that both of my moving teams (loading and then unloading) commented on. Cup holder was broken on the truck which caused more than one spill. Fuel was at 8th of a tank or less and they said I was supposed to get a voucher if it was below a quarter of a tank but I did not receive one.

Make sure you check all lights on equipment before you let off lot. The trailer i had was not checked before I left. When I checked it the next day the right side turn and brake light was not working. The connection pin where it plugged into the truck was broken off and missing. I made my trip with out it.

When I made the reservation I was waiting for a customer service rep to help me. They indicated, "Regular store customers take priority of U-Haul customers". I probably didn't need to be told this.

The UHaul computer didn't have any of the 3 drop off locations in Blackfoot listed. The man that helped us at Crosby Farm Center was extremely helpful!!!

Inform the customer more than 12 hours that they are going to have to drive 2 hours round trip to pick up their truck. And make sure the truck is ready to go without a trailer still attached to it.

Had to wait a long time to get the help, Original unit reserved not found and I was directed to a back dirt and mud lot and had no choice but was given a different unit which we had to dig out of the dirt and the had many issues with towing and upon the return in San Antonio U-Haul employee Joseph was looking at the trailer and told me it was very unsafe that the safety chains were not attached anywhere to the trailer and should NEVER have been rented..

Jessica called us to let us know that our return was considered late because we didn't know that we were supposed to check in on line since the facility was closed at the time we dropped off the truck. She told us to call U-Haul and let them know and they would be able to correct this. We did call and it was correted.

Your Ford trucks are always loud, rough riding, and get terrible fuel economy. The trucks Penske rents are far better. We recently drove one from MA to UT and were very pleased compared to Ford.

The dealer should check the equip. The trailer they hooked up for me had a bald tire. The dealer said "Oh there is an 800 number to call if you have a flat tire and they will come right out and change it" I was driving 1300+ miles in bad weather and would not have wanted to be stuck on the side of the road in the snow. He did not really seem to care, but did eventually bring out a different trailer.

I drove over 2 hours to pick up a reserved 26 foot truck just to find out when I got there that they only had a 15 foot moving van. Nobody from uhaul notified me prior to me driving all this way and wasting my weekend when I was supposed to be out of my place by the weekend.

I had an issue with my return because my contract and the truck we're different. I had to swap out a new truck in Austin but it never reflected that on my contract. Stan was so delightful to deal with and so helpful that it made me grateful for the great people of Kanab

When I reserved the Truck the woman was sharp, pleasant and knew exactly what to do. I received an email confirmation with in minutes.
