ARTHUR SHonestly so dissapointed with my entire uhaul experience. There was issues from the start, they didn’t have the equipment I was able to reserve, the owner seemed like he had zero idea what he was doing. The truck still had someone else’s belongings under the seats, so it clearly had not been inspected properly. Before we left the owner ran out to my car and tried to scam me by saying my payment was immediatley refunded and he needed to swipe my card again. The money wasn’t refunded & when he came back from “double checking” he had made an error creating 2 seperate tickets. So we leave, pack our things and we make our drive and the trailer wheel blew on the way to our destination. I genuinely have never experienced such a terrible pick up spot for uhaul considering the amount of money charged. My military discount was not given after further review either.

PEGGYSUE CRandomly charged an extra fee for mileage and gas. Gas was more full when dropped off then when picked up.

Chelsea CDropped off on a Sunday. Took pictures of proof date and time. Called back on Monday to confirm drop off and receive an email receipt. Super efficient and easy!
Jeff ANick was extremely nice and stayed after his shift was over to help me get the car transport trailer. He helped me get it attached and even stayed long enough to help me load my car on there as well. I would have been delayed by an entire day if he hadn't gone the extra mile for me. Our family is SO grateful for him doing that today for us.

Jessica MOverall uhual is normally a good experience. The original spot I was suppose to return to was closed for 3 hours. I called another location to see if I could drop off. The young man said I could. He moved the uhual for me.
SHAYLA NThis is probably a corporate U-haul problem. My app was open on my phone as I arrived, and my phone was already checked and set to give the app background permissions for location. I gave the app almost 3 minutes to gather data. Even with all that, the app wanted a bar code to scan at the location. I walked all around the building; even trying to scan a QR code from a truck. I called the main U-haul support number. 3 different agents and 30 minutes later, I decided to reset the App. Then and only then did it find my location and bypass the bar code input and allow me to check in and get my truck. The process is broken. Taking 45 minutes to self check in from arrival is not acceptable. I will not rent from U-haul again if I have to do a self checkin.

MICHAEL SWas not going to make a bad review but just got an text 2 weeks after rental saying I owed fees. Text did not explain why and link did not show any outstanding fees. Went back to place I rented trailer for the 4th time now and agent said it was not his problem and I would have to call corporate. Came home to research and find it was a toll road fee that got charged to Uhaul instead of me. I've hauled trailers across the same toll booth many times and never had a problem. Bottom line to this story is that my local agent was not helpful in resolving this and maybe some clear communication could have averted all my wasted time and frustration. Rent again from Uhaul???? Maybe but never at that location again.

FRANZ MTruck returned a day early and I was charged $25 extra for forgetting a blue coffee cup in the cab of the truck. Mgr in Navarre not very nice, charge was not warranted

CHRISTOPHER CMy overall experience with Cross Bones Enterprises U-haul was great. All aspects of the process: reserving the truck, picking it up, and returning it were all handled smoothly and with courtesy. Highly recommend them.
JOHN FU-Haul needs to stop allowing the renter to reserve moving equipment (furniture pads, dollies, hand trucks, etc) on their website that is not available at the renting location. This has happened at multiple rental locations and is very frustrating. Also the website offered moving boxes for pickup at a location that did not have them in stock. The next time I move I will be looking for another rental company that can guarantee that what I reserve will actually be available.
