The lady helping me with my rental was outstanding. Professional and friendly. She made the process fun. My only issue is with the u-haul process with taking all the pictures. That said, I will rent from this location again.

RICHARD HSo we rented this trailer from the Navarre Fl location, when we got it there was a Bobby pin and a nail inside, had not been swept, the worker hooked it up before we could see inside. We rented for not even a full day, because the worker said he had it rented fir 9 am the next day, which is when we should have had it till, we were nice and said we had 1 load and would bring it back the evening we rented it to make sure the next family had it in time. We dropped it off it was all swept out, not even a half day later and then they charged me for a cleaning fee, I'm so mad right now, we have given this company in the last 6 months over $10,000 with our you box rentals, they will be getting a call and a review from me over this, next time they ask for a favor, forget it.
