It was very unorganized they messed up my reservation for my auto transport. No one was willing to help. I was hurried away.

My only problem was, I did't check the security tab on the hand truck, (the one used to indicate if it had been used or not). I NEVER used it but because the tab had been broken and I did't check it, I just said I used it.

No one was available. Facility is a grass field. Person I spoke to on the phone assured me he would check out my rental, and did not. An $80 rental is now costing $200 bc of late fees, cleaning fees, wrong location fees... all bogus. Spoke to customer service after seeing charges. On hold for over 30 minutes, and was assured a manager would call me to take care of charges... no call. Overall experience with uhaul on this move was terrible. I want my money back.

I booked my reservations at another locations, but they didn't have a truck. So my reservation was given to this vendor. I booked for the 28th May; the store which is crossbones enterprises #29095 called and left a message telling me I'm 3hours late and my reservations is cancelled. I called back the # only to speak to a Rude!! arrogant and obnoxious person who said his name was or is nick. We had to called back our original booker, to explain what had happen. Upon arriving at Cross bones pickup, I asked whose Nick; I'm nick i said to him. You're the person who was so rude on the phone? The owner, then jumped in the conversation, he told me he can cancel my apt if he wants. I should not come to his shop and ask any question. He said I had booked online , when I didn't. He wasn't listening. I told him to go ahead and cancel the reservations if he wants to. Until I said I'm going online to report him to the company, He said, I better not go and give him a bad review; all the while he was telling me that he doesn't have to give me a truck. I wasn't rude; I simply as a question. I went back to my car, while my husband went in to get a truck. Never will I ever go back to that location again, even if my life depends on it. Since we picked it up later afternoon, we were going to use the truck the next day. They called us early morning on Saturday, stating that we should have return the truck since 8am. They told us that someone else is waiting on the truck; So unprofessional!!!!!

The online pickup and drop off was super annoying. All the pictures and phone calls were unexpected. I did not realize I would need references, and that those references would be called. I didn't have time to notify my references that u-haul would be calling them and I have to go through the headache of finding friends or family not busy on a Sunday to answer the phone. And then all the pictures and such seemed unnecessary for a 4 hour rental. I will never use this service again ever and will not recommend it to anyone. If I would have known I would have to do all of this on site on my phone I would have chosen a place open on Sunday to have felt with a person instead of a computer.

My hitch was set up incorrectly on my truck and the man at u-haul took it apart and put it back together in the proper way to allow the use of the large trailer. He was super friendly and proffesional. I had a great experience with this team. Thank you for your hard work

Location is easy to access. Prompt service as long as you can use your mobile phone and do a self checkout. I prefer this method as it cut the time drastically. Equipment was very clean! Outstanding job from the team and Uhaul
