It was horrible!!!! No lock box to be found!!!! After hrs had to lock keys in truck was charged extra because they had no way to get them. I want to be refunded the extra charges;!!! In fact I want a full refund because it made my account go into the negative! And incurred overdraft till my pay check thanks a lot! Ok I'm sure boone will actually do anything about this. Prove me wrong please!!!
JESSICA PAbsolutely not, this was a disaster experience. The person who served me had no idea what he was doing, had to type my information in multiple times, when it come to inspecting the equipment I had to wait 10 extra mins because he was talking to his friend in the store. The worst part was he gave me an in-town rental when he knew very well I was leaving town, after asking me to return it AFTER I left he said I could continue going and he would fix the problem. I get to my destination and found out he didn't do anything and they wanted to charge me a fee. Corporate is making this store reimburse me for this negligence.

Michael SUnfortunately, we were unaware that the facility was already closed that evening and the following day, Sunday. It was dark so we are assuming the location was clean and inviting. Neither of us had any contact before or after with the office personnel, but again we are assuming they would be as helpful and courteous as the Lakewood staff. Most importantly, the truck was returned successfully after my husband made some phone calls. The return site had been suggested by the Lakewood staff, but I am sure they were not aware of the Cross Creek facility hours. It all worked out well in the end.
Dawn ETrailers parked on a hill with rocks from nearby as blocks. No assistance hooking up. Noone was attending during drop-off. Noplace safe to drop-off. Major safety concerns with this location.
BRIAN RStaff was great. I realized a few days after I returned the truck that I left something in it. Thankfully it was still on site and the staff was kind enough to get it out of the truck and hold it for me to come by and pickup.

DEBORAH FFirst tried to return at night but app would not let me create an account. Came back the next day to return but return area was confusing. Stop sign said to wait for attendant but there was no attendant. Got charged for extra mileage over the allowed mileage because of having to make the extra return trip, even though I left the truck with a half tank of fuel and it only had 3/8 tank of fuel when I picked it up.
ALAN RLocation was fine. Would have preferred to have truck up in parking lot as I was being dropped off and had packing supplies to offload. I had a friend stop by the with license so he could drive it and they told him that it didn't make any difference to return truck there it wouldn't have cost me any more money. Yet they never explained that to me. Which I find to be untrue because of you go over miles allotted it's a charge and I would have gone over. I had asked for the closest drop off from where I unloaded yet passed 2 uhaul places before I got to the location they recommended.
MARCY VI made my reservation over a month in advance. The day before my reservation, the pickup location was changed and was not given enough time to confirm that this worked for me. I was told by a U-haul customer representative told me I would be able to pick up my truck at the time I reserved 7am at the new location. Upon arriving at 7am I was not able to pick up the truck until 10am since the location was not actually 24hrs. This resulted in me missing my elevator reservation at my new apartment costing me more money to pay my movers and make the entire moving process longer and more stressful. I am disappointed with the service and would never recommend u-haul to anyone again.

shane bThe young lady at the desk went above and beyond. I really appreciate her. When I rented the truck, they did not have an Appliance dolly instock. I had reserved online from a different location, Uhaul moved my reservation a day before pick up to another location (Cross Creek). Upon pick up of the equipment there was no dolly available. My rental was solely to move an appliance and nothing more so the dolly was key. I apologize for not getting her name but she was great and called the original location nearest to my house, they had a dolly and she added it to my reservation at no charge (since I had already prepaid for it). Great experience and I highly recommend her and this location!
Clint GTia at Cross Creek deserves a bonus--super friendly and helpful. I'm very glad I was able to do the rental without having to deal with the notoriously bad Uhaul website. Because of past bad experiences with the website I tried to rent from Home Depot (I couldn't produce my insurance # on short notice) and Penske (too far away). Only out of deparation I went with Uhaul, but Tia and Cross Creek Storage were great.
