It was okay . The truck was dirty and you can tell it had not been cleaned or sanitized between customers . Also it was quite expensive I thought. I purposely booked it in Airdrie so that I would have less km to pay for then on the day I went to pick up the truck , I realized the pick up location was in Calgary which added another 60km to my trip which I had to pay for .

ur agent is rude and not friendly .... i filled the gas full and he still wanted more gas in it ... when i tried to put more it only took .05 litre .. when i rented it the gas needle was note above full mark .. anyways .. not going there again .. and never will recommend to any friend

Visited the location initially to book the reservation for a 4-hour cargo van rental. Counter help was courteous, attentive and helpful. Location ideally located on a corner intersection; several U-haul vehicles, parking available. Reservation went very smooth and handled efficiently. On pickup day, vehicle was ready and in good condition, gas topped up, booking all in order. Return and settling bill went smoothly and quickly; in line with anticipated cost albeit slightly less. Appreciate how the reservation booking and settlement was all settled digitally; copy of the detailed invoice was sent directly to my e-mail for my records. Found the customer service to be pleasant, efficient and courteous; one of the smoothest U-Haul rentals from various other locations over the years. Will be back.

Don't use the sunrise location in Calgary Alberta. The store clerk said that you HAVE to get gas from his store. Additionally, he will tell you that you are wasting his time for ensuring the truck is in good condition, you know, doing your due diligence. The best part, he will ask you to sign the paper while holds its, despite the global pandemic and social distancing. Basically, its the worse service ever.

I declined coverage online. The operator indicated I was paying a deposit which actually was the rental plus coverage. I believe this was intentional trying to dishonestly up sell. I might be wrong but quite unimpressed. .

Unfortunately the location was understaffed, only1 person on hand. The after hours drop off did not work as the system did not recognize my phone location. Called twice and tried a live chat that was dropped and wound up just taki by pictures on my phone and leaving the equipment. I live 100 Kim's from this location so it did not make any sense to make another 200 km trip to drop off the rental.

Trailer floor covered in wood chips no help with hookup or unhooking only one person there and he was also looking after pumps I have rented many times from Barlow and have enjoyed the service there

The gas station clerk was friendly. The mobile pick up service was a pain to deal with however so I ended up doing things manually through the clerk. I had issues receiving a code to verify new device login. The online rental approval process also took way too long to respond

There was a drink container left in the vehicle, no issue to me but may be worthwhile to do a full checks for garbage from previous drivers in the future. Otherwise an excellent experience!

I can't think of anything to improve. I had to pull my date forward by a day. The trailer was available & I picked it within the hour of inquiring. Service was friendly & prompt. Social distancing & mask were in place. What more could one ask for.

I was extremely disappointed with the whole experience. They phoned the day before to confirm and changed both our location for pick up and drop off. THE DAY BEFORE!! The truck was dirty, never cleaned and we asked for 4 dozen moving blankets and only got 1 dozen. The attendant refused to do an inspection with me. I got pulled over twice for having Arizona plates in Canada. DO NOT RENT FROM UHAUL!!! Zero COVID precautions, awful customer service.

I picked up a really dirty pickup truck and now you are charging me for a cleaning fee ??? Why would I pay for a cleaning a dirty truck that was dirty before my use. With the current situation, I would have not accepted the vehicle at all if I was not in a real bad need of this vehicle as I had urgency. I request for a compensation.

U haul holding 60 dollars still....first contract didn't go through on uhaul end so used credit card instead now bank shows payment on debit was charged. Clerk said it would be reversed but hasn't happened yet. How long am I expected to wait. Other rental places I've used has been immediate reversal

Why did the notification of location change also indicate that there was a change of items reserved... not just that the reservation had been changed. Also why was I charged an extra amount of $24.00, when I had already paid and used the online check-in. Also no refund for not having any blankets... I don't understand why you request using the online check-in if it doesn't transfer to the changed location... which I was notified of only the day before... Also why during this pandemic did the attendant allow five other customers into the office and not persist to spacing. When I had used the online check-in I specified two drivers yet the attendant said only one driver could be entered in the system? I must say that disappointment does not cover the way I feel about Uhaul.
