The agent was unprofessional and rude. He refused to help and was arguing with us. I don't understand why U-haul would put such a psychopath to deal with human beings. He really destroyed the reputation that I had of U-haul.

Aaron RI reserved a trailer two weeks prior to the pick-up date. I got a call the afternoon prior to my pick-up date to confirm the pick-up location. We waited almost an hour at the pick-up location only to be told this was the wrong location, and we had to go elsewhere.
