The moving blankets that I had reserved on my order were not available at this location, and I had to go to another location to pick up more blankets on the day of my move. this cause a significant delay for me on a very busy day, which was not ideal. I don't think that this was necessarily the fault of the vendor at this location, but some advance notice, or better processes to ensure that reserved items are actually available at the pick up location would be a way to improve the service & overall customer experience. The truck was ready on time, the vendor was friendly and helpful, but the delay caused by the blankets not being available was frustrating and time consuming. Other than that, the rental went well, I appreciated the opportunity to recoup some of my moving expenses by towing a u-box behind the rental truck and delivering it near my final destination, and the drop offs of both the u-box and the truck were fast and easy.

Georgina OI mostly rent from this location, nobody answers the phone to make inquirees, I will leave a message for them to call me I am looking for equipment, they never get back to me , they said they forgot ,they are too busy running the tire and carwash and taking care of Uhaul clients. when I do arrive after leaving a message they say they have no trucks , which creates a huge headache for my needs, so I have to drive to sometime 2 or 3 locations to find equipment. and the uhaul office in the hotel near 32ave and 28 th same thing, and hours of operations posted, hotel staff say sometimes here at 9 or 915, 930, or 10 am , this is lousy customer service that reflects upon Uhaul, sincerly a valued customer for over 18 years 49=03 971-5865
Brent MThe store itself definitely could be cleaned, and better stocked with Uhaul supplies like mattress covers. That being said the Saleperaon, is very quick with check in / out, helpful and friendly. We use this location primarily, as its proximity, is very near our home.
