Andrea KThe blankets were dirty and dusty feeling. The store looked like an abandoned building or some kind of forgotten road side gas station from the eightes. Cleaning and organizeing would be a good start for feed back. Tennant was helpful with hooking up the truck to the trailer.

Andrey Kthe tires had low air pressure and the rear right signal light was broken. I am renting again on Sunday and hoping this is fixed because its not safe to drive without a rear signal light in the city.

WENZHEN LNot full gas tanks lead to confusion when returning because you don’t know how much gas it takes to fill to a specific point. I had to put in $10 extra when returning and it overfilled from where I received it. I was also told to clean the interior when that’s how I received it. Luckily the $25 cleaning was waved since it wasn’t my mess and I didn’t have to clean it.

Kathy RArgued with me over the fuel level. 5/8 fuel level not on the gauge and I added $10 more fuel to end this disagreement. Take pictures of the fuel gauge and match the picture not an estimated level not available on the guage.

Gurmeet NWhen I initially booked the truck I wish I would have known to ask about the free month of storage…. This was ant a different location from pickup… This information was not offered up….. regretfully I had rented a locker at a different facility at my destination (being Medicine Hat)…. The associate at my drop off point at the U-Haul in Redcliff seemed genuinely sorry I didn’t end up taking adavantage of that offer.. other than my own negligence about being aware of that opportunity i was pleased with the service at both locations and the condition of the truck provided……Al, Calgary to Medicine Hat

marian rIt’s not the Uhaul location I wouldn’t recommend, but Uhaul the brand. When booking my truck for 9am on June 3, I was surprised to find out the time of day wasn’t something Uhaul respected and I didn’t have a truck until 4pm. Maybe next time I’ll keep the truck later than the drop off time since times isn’t real to them anyway. Actually I won’t, because I respect other peoples time, and wouldn’t want to inconvenience them.

Chris OLeft tail light was not working on trailer and the solution was to take it to another u-haul location to try and get them to fix it. They couldn’t fix it.
Chad BWhen we returned the vechicle the person who checked said we have to clean the car. He said its dirty But its already dirty even before we took the car. He even said we should let him know before we took the car. He only let us know to check mileage and gas. The. He us ask to pay because we didn't let him know that its dirty! We told him that he didn't say to check!! He was mad and says next time need to check. He should educate people who are using uhaul first time. And not just assuming that all people know what to check before taking the truck! What a customer service!!! Doesnt care about people

Richard SThe truck was in rough shape and the engine check light was on. I used it for one hour and luckily didn’t drive far but I wouldn’t recommend this location just based on the equipment experience. Also it’s incredibly annoying to rent vehicles that are fully filled because then it’s a guess game to put fuel back in the vehicle— fill the gas tanks so folks know where to get it back to. Not 1/2 not 3/4 !
Colleen KAir conditioning wasn’t working, radio wasn’t working, back door was extremely hard to close, felt like this truck was going to leave me stranded. Exterior and interior dirty. finally get the key and the truck was completely blocked in.

Yuri KThe person I dealt with, when I picked the cargo van, was very arrogant and not polite, No information given to me when it comes to vehicle itself, “he said you have to asked questions “.I couldn’t take the van out where it was coz it was stocked into the snow and it was parked in between the U-Haul truck too closed, I went back inside the store, and he said”you need to asked questions “.Thankfully I was able to do what I needed to do .A lesson for me, do not rent a haul in that location.
edna aHonor your equipment reservation System. I reserved a trailer on March 19, 2024. I attended the Meridien Road location for a 9:30 pick-up on March 29. Two minutes after getting in line to rent the equipment I received a phone call indicating that the equipment I had reserved was not available at the Meridian road location. In fact the agent wanted me to travel to Airdrie for a piece of smaller equipment. Not acceptable. I had to rent a 15 foot truck instead, Far in excess of what I needed for my job, and much more expensive then budgeted for. This service rates as ABYSMAL!
Garry SNeed new and clean trucks. We filled fuel, but they charge us 16 again extra for fuel.

Selwyn DThe guy (Asian) working days at this location is very disrespectful and argumentative for no reason. I wouldn't go there ever again,worse and first poor experience with uhaul. Every other location I been I was treated with respect and dignity. I'm for sure hurrying this location sorry.
