BRADLEY AI put in a different drop off destination and the app automatically put in the pickup location. There was no way to edit the destination/drop off I was on the phone with 8 different people but kept getting sent to "traffic" on customer service. Customer Service has notes on all these calls. I will be putting in a dispute to customer service regarding the issue that you cannot change or edit in the app, even when it's the apps fault and your credit card is not even officially charged yet until you return the rental truck I will be recommending/using a different moving company because it seems like a scam. I should be able to edit the information before the credit card is charged

WILLARD CThe rental location called me today (11/22/24) and I missed the call. I called back and said I have a missed call from this number and was asked who I was. I then told them my name. The man on the phone proceeded to call me a liar for booking a round trip reservation when I was under the impression that I booked a one way from Crossville to Atlanta. The first thing the man called me from the get go was a liar and it wasn’t appreciated. He then proceeded to tell me that U-Haul gave him that unit directly for in town use only. We talked on the phone several times on 11/20/24 when my flight was delayed (I called Crossville Marine and said I was calling about my U-Haul reservation and was directed to a girl named Brittany) when I was flying from Atlanta to Knoxville and I needed the moving company to pick up the truck. I explained the situation of my father passing and I had movers packing up his house for me to take my fathers belongings back to Atlanta and nothing was said from him then about me taking the truck to Atlanta. If I made a mistake when making the reservation to be a one way I understand. But to be called a liar off the rip was very inappropriate and nonprofessional as a business owner.

Ann TUHaul will not be my 1st choice in the future. My reservation for truck and trailer were reserved in advance. Uhaul split the pick-up locations to different sites and did not confirm or notify the option in advance. TERRIBLE RESERVATION and SCHEDULING Personnel at pick-up sites were very nice and apologetic.

CHARLES DI don’t care if it was the third party guy being late. Who cares. I took the day off work on Monday. I paid my moving fees, I made an appointment on Friday to have my stuff delivered Monday. You did not successfully get my stuff to my house on Monday. I DONT CARE WHAT THE REASON WAS, FAIL!! IM PAYING YOU TO DO IT RIGHT , I DID EVERYTHING I COULD ON MY END. MY EVENINGS ON TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY UNLOADING BECAUSE YOUR SCREW UP. Never will I use Ubox again

Michelle GI always have issues with the app when trying to return equip. My security settings will not go to that page due to "too many redirects". Also it would be nice to be able to upload a picture taken before I turned in keys (app only opens camera for pic - no other way to provide picture). Example: I arrived back at dealer about 10 mins after closing. I took a picture for milage and fuel level, intending to show it to them (not realizing I missed them). I go to door, realize it's locked. Drop the keys in drop box and go to my vehicle to do the check-in. Can't upload the pic I took and truck is locked!
