Never use the UHaul location on Dooley St in Crossville. They are useless and a bad reflection on UHaul. Crossville Marina was professional with friendly customer service.

Great UHAUL rental location. Don't waste your time trying to pickup your truck/trailer at the Advance Storage place, Hwy 70, Crossville or you might end up in a bind when you show for your truck and are greeted by someone saying they are not open yet, there internet is down, can't honor your reservation and tell you to go somewhere. else!

Made a phone reservation for truck and appliance dolly. Went to Clarkrange garage to pick up equipment. They had the truck, but no dolly. He called you and talked to Lisa. She had him send us to Crossville Tire and appliance, 18 miles away.According to Lisa they had 13 dollys. when we arrived it was the same story. Had the truck but no dolly. We were, by this time very irritated and way behind our schedule. We then sent to our third location another 8-10 miles away. We finally got the equipment we reserved, but only because the second store called the third and made sure they had the truck and dolly. If I had to do it all over I would go to your competitor. This was a complete fiasco!!

My ubox experience was horrible. CECIL at this location was the only kind customer serv oriented person I spoke to and because of major uhaul mistakes I called the 800 number ALOT! Cecil is amazing so kudos to him and him only.

Please make sure that all equipment is clean and ready to rent out after it is checked in. Our trailer was filled with mud and we needed to clean it before picking up our new China cabinet. New furniture traveling in a mud filled trailer...that explains my experience.
