We were very pleased with the booking. Lady at CB extremely pleasant and all went smooth. So happy could get truck right in town. Thank you. Truck ran well and just the right size.
george bThis location was completely awful. The receptionist could not bring up my reservation despite of showing her email confirmation. The truck was buried in 3 feet of snow and did not even provide a snow brush. It took me almost an hour to dig out the truck. My over all experience was extremely frustrating and at this time I do not think I will rent any other vehicles from UHaul.
Mauricio MI was supposed to pick up using the app. It wasn't set up correctly plus it wasn't ready with the blankets we rented. Thank goodness the lady came back to the location while we were there and ahe was able to process the rental. Not to mention I ordered a 20' truck 6 weeks prior to pick up 6 minutes from my home. The day before my move I found out I could only get a 15' truck and had to drive 40 minutes 1 way to pick it up. And no compensation was offered to make upnfor any of this.
Barb SDifficult to park vehicle safely in drop areas pine trees encroach the parking spots. Nobody there even though sign said open. Vehicle was dropped off nine hours after pickup but I was invoiced for an extra day. Very wrong!!!
MARKP RThe tank was on the “F” when we got the truck. It told us to fill it back to that so we did and ended up filling it up over the “F” the cost of our short trip and the money we had to spend for mileage including having to pay for gas was definitely not worth it and we will not be using u haul trucks again in the future. Other than that the truck was clean. Nothing much else to say.

joe LMake sure the site for pick up has staff and truck. PLEASE NOTE THAT NIAGARA WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE THE PICK UP SITE, STEVENSVILLE WAS. Niagara is the one I commented on for good review.

Grant wI ordered a dolly to help me with my move and paid for it. It wasn't in the truck when I picked it up which was very disappointing
Erin TI live in Niagara Falls, that is where I was hoping to pick up truck since I was staying in Niagara. The pick location was more distance traveled then the move with the truck. The lady was nice though

Janis FThe vehicle was extremely dirty both in the box and the cab. Had to remove debris including broken items, broken glass and plastic. In spite of being told there was 1/4 tank of gas, in reality it was below 1/16th.

coleen mMy pick-up location was changed from Gilmore Road to Crystal Beach, and I never received a notification. This Caused a nasty delay. The individuals at each location were very, very nice, however, and I see this a a corporate problem, not a local one.
Chris GVery hot temperatures when I was driving the vehicle and the air conditioning was inoperative traveled from Crystal Beach Fort Erie to Toronto it was a disasters drive in this temperature, I was not impressed

Darin MVehicle as provided had a number of deficiencies. 'Haul/tow' solenoid was occasionally sticking, not allowing for economical shifting of the automatic transmission. Driveline had noticeable wear, 'clunk' emanating from driveshaft when placing in D or P. Lag in steering from probable wear. As this vehicle was delivered to the local agent just last night, the shortcomings were the responsibility of the U-Haul supply depot.
charles iKeep up the good work. I recommend an exit package with even a small incentive for the next time your services are required.
Mark WI had a one way rental and the return has been very stressful, the location where we had to drop off didn't have space and the owner sent us to a another location to drop off the truck, when I tried to check out, your on line system wanted me to share the location but the truck want in the location we were supposed to drop off
Jose CI had requested 1/2 doz blankets with my reservation which were not present in the truck and which I did not have even though I paid for them.

Steve FMany problems with credit card payment. No formal walk around of the vehicle. Gas was marked as 7/8 full on the contract and was in actuality barely 3/4 full. Sales rep was not knowledgeable.
Joshua WBetter training for booking trucks. I was charged a late fee because the person who booked the rental put down the take that I phoned for the booking not the actual date that I picked up the truck. I had to correct them twice on their error as well as the fact that they also put down the wrong address. Not a happy customer.
