Unreal customer service from this lady showing zero compassion for someone leaving an abusive relationship. I wanted to drop this thing off at a different location and tried calling but it was not approve I was willing to pay whatever fee. So after a breakdown and getting it back to the original location the lady was beyond rude. I’ll definitely not be doing this again with this company and I’ll suggest against it for anyone else.
