I did not get the dolly that I paid for with the truck. SUPER DISAPPOINTED as I was moving from a 3rd floor apartment.
Deven BThis location was confusing. It was a small mall location with several stores. The drop off point was a party store. No good signage did not think I was in the correct location. There was no uhual trucks, trailers or storage unit. The worker was very helpful. The location was clean but very confusing and not inviting.

Sylvia SThe middle seat did not have a place for the seat belt to plug into. We needed to drive with 3 people in the truck but had no way to fasten the seat belt for the middle person.
Amber SThe authorize dealer acted like he didn’t know what to do then we had ordered extra equipment but they didn’t have available to rent. He said I had to go to another location to pickup but I didn’t have time to go there due to movers coming to help at certain time. At least he took that off our bill. Then when we took it back, it was worse yet trying to get it checked back in. I feel I spent too much time trying to pick it up and returning it. Will never go back there again if I needed a U-Haul again
