Truck was in excellent condition. Counter person was helpful and responsive. Utility dolly was requested but not available. Was expecting counter person to remove it but was not taken off the bill until I called and requested it.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOn the app when I set my reservation I put I didn’t want the insurance. When I came in to get the key they always have me take pictures of my license and give them a credit card. They also normally ask me if I want to add the insurance and I have to ask them to remove it. This time the lady there just went thru and charged my card and when I asked her about the insurance she had charged my card and she said she couldn’t remove it. I guess my only complaint is that they need to be asking the customer if they should add the insurance. Not just charge me for it without asking. It’s not a lot of money ($15.00) but I feel that is a miss for UHaul if they don’t ask.

Tammy MPricing was not very transparent across the platform. Advertised as $19.99 + .99/mile. Had a 43 mile trip. Cost should have been sub $70, but all of the fees pushed the price to nearly $90.
RYAN WCheck in person was not very friendly or patient because she couldn't choose a Big Rapids location in her list as a drop off location. She wanted me to choose a different location and was getting pretty impatient about it.
