Pricing was not very transparent across the platform. Advertised as $19.99 + .99/mile. Had a 43 mile trip. Cost should have been sub $70, but all of the fees pushed the price to nearly $90.
RYAN WCheck in person was not very friendly or patient because she couldn't choose a Big Rapids location in her list as a drop off location. She wanted me to choose a different location and was getting pretty impatient about it.
