I was told that I was picking up at a location I originally chose. When I showed up ten minutes before my pick up time the person who was supposed to open up the store was thirty minutes late. As soon as I finally walked in and said I’m here to pick up a 15 ft truck he didn’t even show any type of care that he was late but he also said “ I can let you know now your at the wrong store cause I don’t have any 15 ft trucks.” That was very frustrating. Thankfully I was told to just go a mile down the road to this location to pick it up. I just found it very unprofessional that this employee was late, didn’t show any type of concern for being late, and how he would speak to me. Very poor service on this go round with U-Haul. I have a big move coming soon and i really wanna use you guys but i don’t want what happened today to happen again.
Michael ASorry to inform you that I didn't get a Uhaul truck from you guys recently I tried to get in touch with someone over the phone and got no answer.
Trey TPhenomenal location! Has everything you could imagine needing. Staff was so helpful. We even explained our horrible experience on the front end of the trip & they did not understand why we had the issues we had. This place stocks actual U-haul boxes that more than one location on the front end of our trip said they'd never heard of.

Rick BI made a reservation via phone for saturday. I was told the truck would not be available until monday and I would be contacted by a representative with more details. No body ever called. When I downloaded the app on monday I found out my reservation had been canceled. I was never notified that it was ready for pick up on Saturday.

Hugo CDidn't answer the phone nor return phone calls when message left. We weren't given the dolly I rented.
Jessie BI dropped off my trailer after business hours so I had no interaction with personnel or the overall location.

Angela Bi paid cash when i picked it up, when i returned it at Rayville la. he said he doesnt keep cash on him for my deposit!!! thats not rite, i was exspecting to get my deposit back when i returned trailer.. he said U Haul would send me a check.... i am wanting my deposit.. that place in Rayville is a disgrace to U Haul!!! its trashy!!!!

Sammy CThe required app usage was not easy to use and very frustrating.preventing me from starting my journey as early as expected , waiting for attendant to arrive at 9:15am. I returned the vehicle at 12:15 and was charged for a full day.
ROBERT Ti arrived at the location after hours and no personnel where there so thats why i selected no. i did however receive a prompt email the next morning with the confirmation. so again the situation was made entirely more manageable by the help of the places.

Omega FThis location was super friendly, helpful, and over patient. This was my 1st ever U-Haul experience and it was smooth. The systems were extremely slow on my end and the stores end but we worked together and got everything done. This staff rocks. Will definitely use again if needed.

JENNIFER DTruck was still dirty from the night before even after being "cleaned". It was HORRIBLE with gas mileage Cost $140 in gas. Check engine light was on and it ran poorly.
Jonathan JThe truck was not properly cleaned or ready for rental when picked up. Seems conditions was left as is from previous rental. Even locations classified as a dealer should be upheld to have the same integrity /experience as U-Haul owned locations. At the very least once trucks are inspected light touch ups and inside cleaning for next person.
