This trailer was by far the oldest of three available and they wanted me to take it. It was old, rusty wheel hubs, some holes in fenders, and old fading and chipped exterior. Was part about it was a very hard to open door. So hard to open that it took two of us at the destination to get it open because it buckled some when raising. Very disappointed in this experience.

I never got a call to confirm where to pick up the trailer. I showed up at my preferred pick up place as shown in my email and found it closed. Had to log on to my account to find out where to go and this delayed me.

Manager diagonosed my truck with a bad fuse, replaced fuse and blinker worked.

Inside of the truck box was very wet from being pressure washed so a handful of my moving blankets got soaked. I was charged for insurance that I didn't ask for. Wasn't aware of this until I received my invoice in my email. UHaul computers were down when I turned the truck back in so he said he would email it to me once the network was back up.

The lady put a 20 day hold on the money, then wanders why we can't pay when we return truck. This is not the first time had problems with u-haul. Probably not use again

Location was great. The overall experience wasn’t great. Moved my uhaul to another locatiom that wasn’t open at the time I needed it. Luckily I saw the voicemail before they closed and was able to pick it up the night before.

We were told to sweep out the truck before we turned it back in. No problem. However, whoever rented it before us did not sweep it out. When I we turned the truck back in and I mentioned it to the people working there we were told the people turned it in early that day and were in a hurry. Hhhhmmmmmm...ok...so we have different rules for different folks?

I had a horrible experience with the return of the truck. The representative should tell if it is after hours you have to return it online. I had already turned in key when I saw it online and couldn't get the pictures. It took two trips and 45 minutes on the second trip. I had to get my husband's phone because mine wouldn't work on the site. My husband said he will never use uhaul again.

On December 14, 2017, I rented a U-Haul truck from the Cubby Hole USA on Texas Street in Bossier City, Louisiana. I was told to make sure I fill the tank with gas to the same exact place it is at the time of rental. If I did not do so, I would be charged $3 per gallon. The tank measured at 5/8. When I arrived to Cubby Hole on December 15, 2017 to return the rental truck, I was told the U-Haul machine was down and I could not “check in” the truck until the machine comes back on and a receipt would be emailed to me. Not giving it much thought, I said “okay”. After receiving an emailed receipt two hours later, I noticed I was charged $14 for fuel. I went back to Cubby Hole and asked why I am being charged $14 for fuel and I returned to truck measuring at 5/8 in fuel. The representative stated the gas tank checked in at 9/16 in fuel, as also shown on my receipt. ME: If you are saying the fuel is being measured at 9/16 but it should be at 5/8, why am I being charged for almost 5 gallons of gas? (The difference between 9/16 and 5/8 is not even a full gallon.) REP: The calculations are computer generated and I can’t do anything about it. If you give me your receipt, I could possibly reimburse you. ME: Reimbursing me for the gas I paid for doesn’t make any sense. I’m being charged for gallons of gas and you cant explain to me why. REP: It’s not me, the calculations are computer generated. I cant do anything without the receipt showing you paid for gas. ME: That doesn’t even make sense. (Background information: When I initially rented the truck, the representative “guesstimated” that I would travel a total of 15 miles. (I moved furniture from one apartment to another, literally 3 minutes apart.)…. I ended up only traveling 11 miles, which was also reflected on my receipt.) ME: I did not even travel the full 15 miles, instead I only traveled 11. 11 miles will never total up to 5 gallons of gas.) REP: It’s all computer generated and I cant do anything about it. ME: *Done with the foolishness and walks out* Yes, it is only $14 but overcharging your customers without valid explanation makes your company appear unprofessional and alludes to thievery. Not to mention the extremely distasteful customer service. Horrible!

The people here were great. They didn't have the truck I wanted but was offered a bigger one for the same price. Fast friendly service. I recommend anyone to go to this location to rent a uhaul.

The truck was very banged up with numerous scuffs, scrapes, dents, cracks etc. I was incredibly paranoid that I would be charged for damage that I didn't cause. Luckily I wasn't. So I didn't think the vehicle was well maintained. However, the main reason I rated this rental experience poor, was because there was a discrepancy in the fuel. I picked up the vehicle with 5/8 of a tank and they logged it in the system as 3/4. When I brought the discrepancy to their attention, they marked 5/8 on my copy, told me to mention it when I dropped it off, and sent me on my way. Well, when I dropped it off, I mentioned I filled it to 5/8 and that there was a discrepancy. Well, they still checked it back in at 3/4 and charged me. When I brought that to their attention, they said too bad, call corporate. Waited on hold with corporate 15 minutes three different times before I spoke to someone. They said they would have a manager call me but they still have yet to. Very irritated.
