CYNTHIA FJust a few comments that might help make U-Haul more efficient; computer system was slow getting the person in front of me checked out, so I had to wait 30 minutes to get the trailer I reserved for 9 am. Trailer was clean and in good condition, however one of the four tires had significant wear. That was the only 6x12 trailer they had, so I couldn't switch trailers and I wasn't traveling to a new location for a different one due to time constraints. I had also reserved moving blankets and a furniture dolly, all of which they had to get from the back after I inspected trailer and realized they weren't in it (they should of had them ready).

David SWhat to expect upon pickup was never explained. Was never sent a code for the keys, had to call support to get a code and how to open it, the truck had none of the supplies/dolly that I bought, and no way to get it since the inside building was closed
