This location was super friendly, helpful, and over patient. This was my 1st ever U-Haul experience and it was smooth. The systems were extremely slow on my end and the stores end but we worked together and got everything done. This staff rocks. Will definitely use again if needed.

Truck was still dirty from the night before even after being "cleaned". It was HORRIBLE with gas mileage
Cost $140 in gas. Check engine light was on and it ran poorly.

The truck was not properly cleaned or ready for rental when picked up. Seems conditions was left as is from previous rental. Even locations classified as a dealer should be upheld to have the same integrity /experience as U-Haul owned locations. At the very least once trucks are inspected light touch ups and inside cleaning for next person.
