No one onsite to check unit in. Waiting for 3 days for return phone call.
MARK CThe truck drivers door seal was coming off the door, the back door got stuck when we lifted it and we could NOT get it to come down, so I moved my furniture the 1.5 miles with the back door stuck, finally we found a 3rd person to pull while we pushed up on the metal around it, I took pictures of everything and sent it to you, then we could not get the interior light overhead to cut off no matter what I did with knobs on the dashboard, so I called U HAUL to ask them what to do because I didn't want to drain the battery, they sent out two guys, they pulled up to my parents house (where I was moving FROM) and I told them what was going on,I handed the guy the key because it was locked, they couldn't figure it out either, I had to go in to go to restroom, when I came out the taller of the two men said it was the dimmer switch and that it had to be in just the right position, (the other guy didn't seem to know anything either, so he just kind of stood there watching, HE is the one I handed the key too to unlock the door), I told them I was sorry they had to come out, they walked down my parents driveway and left, mins you by this time it was probably at least 9 or 9:30 at night so I left and went to my new home, They NEVER handed me the key back , I was tired after having moved so I did not think about it until the next morning when I went to get the key from my purse, I then went into my parents house to look on the counter thinking I possibly put the key there since the truck was left overnight at their house, those would have been the only 2 places I left it, I called the Cube Smart facility to let them know and that was at 9:30 am, from there I was transferred all over creation and NOBODY knew what to do, finally was sent to Palm Bay and the lady said that the people who cut the keys had already left and the truck would have to sit there until Monday, when they called these two guys and of course they said they gave me the key back, they also said they walked to my door and gave me the key, THAT was a lie also, I was standing outside with them they never even got on the side walk leading to my parents front door, they said they searched their truck, the guy most likely still had it in his deep gym shorts pocket in his dirty clothes, they charged me extra days because no one could handle the situation Sat. maybe ring, then they charged me $350 for the key, I am a creature of habit, if they would have given me the key back it would be in my purse or on my parents counter, I have NEVER lost my keys my phone or my pocket book, I will never use U HAUL again and I've used them MANY times over the years, you have two dishonest employees working for you, the best business practice is the customer is always right, and I will definitely share this story and tell people to rent elsewhere, I HOPE YOU HAVE THE DAY YOU DESERVE.

k aWhen a mover tried to scam us by paying them without work being done U-haul came to the rescue with a 15 foot truck. We were able to get the truck and equipment[ we needed within 24 hours to move the furniture we needed to move at an affordable rate to make a local move of a few items and appliance. Thank You

Shawna CVehicles should be inspected completely on return. Vehicle smelled so bad, had to drive with windows down. Upon returning the vehicle, found the source of smell. Onion in a zip lock bag. Also reserved the vehicle for 24 hours online. When arriving to pick up vehicle at 4:30pm was told that because they close at 2 the next day. I would have to return by 2:00pm. Offered no change in rate. Should have been made aware of this when reserving online.

Juan GThe truck was a rattle trap. Dirty, front end out of balanced. Hours of operation is not very convenient. They do not honor reservations. What is the purpose of having a reservation and someone walks in with out one gets it. I will not be back
Randy HI was supposed to pick up the uhaul at 2 o'clock I was 5 minutes lwhen I got there the car dealership called because my car broke down the day before so I was sitting in my friend's car talking to them and the representative walked outside at 210 and left for lunch with a note saying they will be back at 330. So my friend who had left work to bring me to U-haulHad to sit there with me until the woman came back. Then when I brought the truck back the next dat 1 fifthe U-haul representative was not there to check in the Truck. I asked her if I was needing it for extra time or something could I pay the difference and bring it back after 2 PM and she said no if you don't bring it back by 2 you'd have to bring it back Monday when we open again. I have never dealt with the location like that befor I've always been able to drop off a truck and leave the keys in the Dropbox. Since I had to pick up my car by 6 it was quite rough not picking it up at 2 o'clock and having to wait until 3:30 because that took away 2 hours of loading itAnd just threw off my whole day. It was a very stressful weekend and the u haul location added to that.

Jeff MI rented the U-Haul at 11 AM on Saturday and returned it at 12 PM on Monday and I got charged three days because this office is closed on Sunday, otherwise I would have returned it on Sunday. And I rent a lot of Uhaul’s with the type of business I have. Thanks
