Uhual cabin was not clean, the resources such as blankets and dolly that we reserved were neither in truck nor accessible to use. The employee helping with uhual check in was professional, however had no clue the status or condition of the uhual truck and the needed resource to move properly. Not the best experience for efficiency and convenience for customer.

Jessica N1.00 per mile really! I feel 19.99 was fair 100.00 for 1 day is ridiculous and no one was trained to check me out when I returned it with more gas than less than 1/2 tank of gas..I had to download and app and got fed up walked out after I had to take my own pictures??? Outrageous..
