They changed me double $25 per hour plus milage and fuel that it's not fair it's like I rent my apartment to you for $1500 per month plus the days that you lived in there!! There was a lady at the front desk who was extremely rude when my husband went to use the restroom. When my husband couldn't find his way back and was knocking on the door she said to her coworker in a very belligerent manner, â€œdidn't I tell him (my husband) to go around the building to get back in?â€ When my husband said sorry for not remembering, she didn't look at him and she was silent.Isam A.

No one was present at the time of my pickup to provide the key. The employee showed up 20 minutes later and said she was on her lunch break at 3:00. No moving blankets were provided. When I came back to get them I was told that none were available. This was on my original order and nobody bothered to tell me in advance.Lee B.

Renting a U-Haul was the biggest headache I've ever had of renting anything. He wanted me to sign all the forms but would not show me anything prior to signing. I asked to verify the mileage on the car before I signed the mileage verification. He gave me a hard time all four times I asked. I asked see the gas before I sign that it was full and he assured me that it was and told me just to sign it. We started up the car and guess what didn't have a full tank?John Michael B.
I had no issue with the place we eventually rented the truck from. However, my original reservation was a train wreck. The pick up time and drop off time were wrong(2 am - really??) when I called to have the time corrected they told me they would call me back (Mom's attic was the location) and then they did not. Called again and they told me my reservation had been moved and they couldn't help me. I had zero confidence that this truck would be available on moving day. Luckily cubesmart in Milton was on it, they were very professional and easy to deal with.Ken S.
