Service provider assistant speaks in “one word” sentences. She also damaged my vehicle bumper when she attempted to attach the trailer to my car. She denied it and when I asked the manager to show me the video tape, that person never called me as she said she would with the results. You can better personnel at other locations.

Check in process a little frustrating. Possibly slower response times for identity verification if coming to pick up eaely morning before business opens. Other than that, the process went smoothly and great pricing

Diane PIt was raining so I do understand why the attendant did not expect me even though I had an appointment. I had to wait 20 minutes for the door to be unlocked…. The next part went smoothly with invaluable help hooking up the trailer and lights ( did I mention it was raining ? Ha!) I will still use this location again. Very clean and convenient to my home.
