We accidentally rented a truck without a ramp. They were really great and let us switch it for one with a ramp with no problem. The lady was very, very friendly and helpful. I couldn't be happier with the service we received!

CLYDE EThe confirm call never mentioned this site did not have the 10ft. it was confirmed for 3.1 @ 10:30 with no mention of the site not having the 10ft truck. When my sister arrived there was a person there who acted odd who was later found to be the owner. My order disappeared from your website but yet the owner stated it was for Kenton and it was never agreed upon nor advised it had been moved but the order i originally had was no where to be found yet uhaul.com saw it and i hate to call them to cancel it in kenton. Return was ok but no real communication. I will say that I was given the 20ft for the 10ft price but only because i demanded it.. owner did not offer it and acted odd during all of this.

Barbara Mi was running late to pick up the rental and the lady informed me that she should still be available until 11am. My pickup time was 9:30am. I didn't know that the truck was a two-seater. So she made arrangements for me to drop off my additional passengers to come back and pick the truck up.

Kelly BHave something available to be able to remove the trailer from the truck since the trailers don’t have any kind of jack attached to them and no jack available at the location if it’s after hours. I couldn’t get the trailer unhooked from the ball without a floor jack.
