Need to check trailer lights on equipment before renting out & not always assume it is the customers vehicle with the issue. The 6x12 trailer at this Currens U-Haul only the running lights did not work. Found out the hard way at night from a police officer. Only got a warning. The 6x12 trailer At U-HAUL center on SR 309/Pole Lane no lights worked on trailer at all. Everyone was sure it was my truck. All the lights on my personal trailer worked fine with my truck. Very nice U-HAUL tech from Kenton came to found out the trailer had major wiring issues that would take to long to fix at this time. Everyone was nice & worked hard to get us going as quick as possible but my trip was delayed by over 2.5 hours & we had reserved a unit weeks ahead of time for pickup at 9am. I would recommend the U-Haul Center at SR 309/Pole Lane in Marion, Ohio. We had issues, frustrated at times but Kevin the owner tried really hard to get us going as fast a possible. The U-Haul mechanic from Kenton was a great representative for your company. Very polite & helpful.

The pick up procedure took an hour because of ID pictures and contact requirements. I had to provide four contacts, not just the two originally requested. The one I know was spoke to was less than a 30second conversation. Please improve the pick up procedure because the drop off was quick and easy, under 15minutes.
