Michael J.• Scheduled uhaul on app and canceled due to family scheduling. I called on 6/27-28 to re-schedule and to see what is the best way to schedule. He sated through Demetrius. I called DCCI and his son picked up and displayed very bad customer service and hung on me and I called back and told Demetrius and he said it was a accident. He said they have the booking and will be sending me a email soon. I never got the email that was promised. His son lied to me and never booked my reservation I had to book through another vendor because his son couldn't understand why I canceled through the app and wanted to book. I told him we are no longer going to need to rental for long distance I I would like the intown rental. He asked me over 8-10 times and I repeated my answer several times on 6/28/23. I called and booked reservation through Matthews Self Storage (229) 226-0132 with reservation 93812082. Matthew said the 15ft truck available was still with D C C I (229) 226-8606. I told Matthew the situation and they confirmed the truck with me through the app. I called on 7/1/23 to confirm my pickup and Demetrius refused saying “I cancelled 12-15 times and I need to call 1-800 go uhaul †then I said “this is bad customer service†then he hung up on me. I then called 776 traffic Demetria. She told me go there and tell them to honor my reservation and she can see he has a 20ft truck available and he should give me that. As soon as I walked in the establishment the owner Demetrius verbally attached me and my mother trying his hardest to bait us to argue and back with him knowing his has the power to give us the truck. I told him I don't care about canceling because I did it through the app and not understanding why he was so mad. Overall telling us we are rude because we canceled 10,000 times and trying to kick me off the property. I couldn't understand his anger issues and told him to calm down and discuss like men but he was just to mad while saying “he wasn't mad or disappointed†but later saying he refusing my service because I canceled and went on telling how disgusted he was of me. While hovering over my mom trying to intimidate her, she calmed him down and told him we are family and she knows his family while complimenting him. After 15 minutes he settled he gave me another booking rather than giving me the 20ft truck that was promised from 776 traffic. I told his this is not the way to handle business. We returned the truck early but don't think we should be paying for the truck due to the failed customer service. I would like a written apology and a refund.

Michael I.This is my second time using their services at DCCI. I tried to use another uhaul location, in thomasville ga, and they weren't there. I tried calling and received no answer. I started to panic, because most uhaul locations close around 12pm, but I remembered that DCCI helped me before and I decided to catch them before they closed. The owners remembered me and assisted me with no problems. I've officially learned my lesson. If I ever need to use an uhaul or their services, I will ONLY go to DCCI in thomasville. They explain the entire process from the time you reserve until you return the rental truck. Even if they have another situation, they will still accommodate you. They truly are the epitome of the saying “Customers service first, business second.†I truly wish them, DCCI, the very best in their business endeavors and will continue to use them from now on.

Faith P.Update: I left a review that stated I was upset about my service with this company. This company wasn't the issue. It was another company. Now on 9/30/22, I, Kayla, had to do another u haul rental and chose this company due to their availability. The owner of the establishment spoke with me and explained everything, in detail, about how u haul works and their expectations. I knew this but, I continued listening. Anyways, my overall opinion of this company is that they stand behind their business and their customer service. They dcci does what they say and mean every word. They are very helpful and they definitely go the extra mile to ensure that any person that works with them, get A+ results. So in conclusion, I would recommend them and I retract my previous review.
Kayla J.The location walls bounce our reservation to other places that were either too far or closed. While they were nice and helpful, they should have informed haul of what equipment they did have on hand. Also, my 12 hour request was not honored. I need the uhaul from 9am until 9pm. But had to get it from 11:30am until 4pm. Which meant, I have to do another request or find someone who can give me a hand with getting the rest of my items safely to our new location.
Terry J.Wish the truck had a few updates — biggest issue was having to maneuver windows manually while driving by myself— a few situations were dangerous with no views on my left unless I got out of the truck and I was trying to turn so not able to — just said a prayer and turned very slowly!
