The truck functions were good. No problems were encountered The exterior had numerous small nicks , dents and scrapes when I took possession.

To start when we arrived in Yuma Arizona to pick up our rental it was not there because an employee rented the vehicle to another customer earlier in the day causing to drive to another facility to get a vehicle. We participated in the load share program picking up a trailer in Henderson Nevada. The next two days we constantly received text all day long asking exactly when we would be dropping off the trailer at its destination along our route of travel. We had about 8 days to get the trailer to its destination and we had a 3 day drive. Also received text messages of when exactly we would dropping off the rental vehicle because other families were in. Red of the truck. Will guess what the location we dropped off the rental truck was closed on the day we dropped it off. Don’t contact me all day long while I’m driving because of the your company’s impatience. We have used U-Haul before about 6 months ago with no issues but this trip they couldn’t live with the set days they agreed to and it got to the point of us not answering text.

15’ truck needs a tune up. Appears to have a misfire on cylinder #3 at idle. Truck pulls to the right, calling front end. While the pull to the right was mild it became tiresome during my teen day journey. Overall, I like using U Haul for my moving needs. Chris

It was an Autobody repair shop. The equipment was outside and appeared to be in good working order. I rented an enclosed trailer which was very nice and appeared newer. The person that helped me was great.

Excellent people who obviously care and are concerned about these issues with this dolly. Said they will make pictures and contact proper personnel.
