I dropped the equipment off on Sunday per U-Haul‘s directions, and the location was not open. Wasn’t clear where to drop the equipment off, but I did find the drop key box

Jarrett HPick up location different than location that i reserved it at , then I get to that location and they dont have the truck after a runaround we find the truck its not clean or full of fuel , and not there fault but the road to get there was closed. And then I have to go to another location to get the trailer .
