The equipment I requested wasn't included. Since the business was closed and it is a self service location, I was unable to get the items I needed. That made the move difficult. It was also difficult to get the lock unlocked to get the keys.

D6 in Hamburg, IA: Owner was very flexible regarding the timing of trailer pickup and drop off. This was quite helpful! Equipment was clean and worked well, owner was friendly and helpful, what more could I ask for? Maybe some help loading and unloading the piano? ;) When I need a uhaul again, D6 gets the rental! Thank you!!

rebecca gI will NEVER rent from U-Hail ever again. I reserved a 10 foot truck over a month prior to needing it. When it came time to pick it up, I was sent 40 miles away. My original request was to pick it up near Omaha.NE NOT Hamburg, IA. The gentleman that called to tell me that I got to drive 80 miles round trip to get the truck was extremely rude. I guess that he thought I had nothing better to do when I was helping my elderly father move to an assisted living facility. Luckily, there are many other rental options out there. U-Hail, you could do so much better.
