Martha AWas charged for a dolly, but did not receive one in my rental.
Emily WThe equipment I requested wasn't included. Since the business was closed and it is a self service location, I was unable to get the items I needed. That made the move difficult. It was also difficult to get the lock unlocked to get the keys.
Jessica ED6 in Hamburg, IA: Owner was very flexible regarding the timing of trailer pickup and drop off. This was quite helpful! Equipment was clean and worked well, owner was friendly and helpful, what more could I ask for? Maybe some help loading and unloading the piano? ;) When I need a uhaul again, D6 gets the rental! Thank you!!
