There was garbage left in the uhaul and the hand truck that I rented was not in the truck. I had to drive back to the location to pick it up and dispose of someone else's garbage. My time was wasted on an already hectic weekend. Very disappointed.

MOISE RIt was the worst experience of my life. I would not recommend the location neither u-Hall based on this experience. The only thing that worked was the customer service. I had to call customer service to finalize the check in. I took me 2 hours to be able to pick the truck. I got to the location, nobody knew anything. Once the person arrived, I was able to talk and instead counter check in she directed me to mobile check in. I spent another 60 minutes trying, downloading APP, talking to someone on the phone who was trying to help and I was not able to check in. I had to personally call the customer service while was in the location to be able to check in, the internet was horrible in the location and it took me almost 30 minutes to complete the check in. Once I completed the check in, the key was not in the box, I went back to the store and the person was not in the store and I had to wait for the person to come back. I got the key, went to the truck and the Dolly's were not there I went back to the store again and she said that she didn't have the dolly, I insisted and she found the dolly. I got into the truck and it was disgusting everything, terrible smell, extremelly dirty and not well maintained. When I returned the truck, she charged for gas that additional which was not correct. If I had a choice to postpone the move, I would do that and cancel everything with uHall. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
MARCOS AI got the truck very dirty and dusty. I have pictures from the day I picked it up. Like the previous driver used it for construction purposes. The whole online process is too long and drawn out and the cost is very expensive.
Olivia FHonestly the truck was very filthy. It was full of grease from a motor vehicle. Either whoever has it first was moving car parts but it was a mess I had to clean it out myself before I could move my household stuff. This was a very bad experience overall
