How U-Haul Reviews WorkI am very disappointed in my Uhaul experience. I was quoted one price then I was sent to two different locations to get the truck and then they charged me for cleaning the vehicle and refueling it when I already did. It’s unacceptable. I was not happy. I don’t think I will ever use them again.

Harry LThe service at pickup was very weird. It was in a furniture store, I was given a key and that was all. The truck was quite obviously not maintained and didn’t come with a full tank of gas. The truck had loose steering and the wheel when going straight was sideways
Mark HWork on the network/app. Everything was slow when trying to rent through the app, and on the UHaul computer system.
