Rented 2 dollys and 12 furniture paddings, but they only gave me one dolly and told me to go to another uhaul location for the rest. I was promised a refund from DHD motors for not supplying me with these equipment, but still haven’t received it.
Vincent MI paid for a dolly during booking, but they didn't have a dolly on-site when I got there. I don't understand how that happens. They did refund me, but it would have been nice to know that beforehand that I would have to go elsewhere for one. I did also pay for furniture mats and didn't get those either. I have no idea if I got refunded for those even because after the annoyance of it all I just don't care.

Marc AThey had false milage and fuel level posted. Sadly I was a fool and didn't take photos to prove anything. I didn't even deal with a person. Just some guy holding a phone on speaker. The whole situation was fishy. The truck was easily the poorest piece of u-haul equipment I've rented. From now on I'll stick to the main u-haul locations.
Cody BEnsure equipment is operating correctly before renting it to a customer. The truck I initially rented was at a seperate location, and was not operable. It took 2 hours to sort this issue out and get me another truck. The dude at DHD was great though, absolute bro.

Samuel GMultiple charges were made to my Credit Card, I spoke with Roman at DHD Motors (he was good to deal with), I provided him with the back-up documentation on September 26/24 and he was going to have the charges corrected. As of this date the overcharges have not been credited therefore I am rating my overall experience as poor.
Glen DTell them in advance if they can't extend their contract whike they have the truck. Have someone compassionate who understand one's situation rather than being rude over the phone (I am talking about rep from scheduling team).
. NThe truck should be filled with gas. Ours was less than a quarter full and we were told to fill up to a quarter
Ryan MIts hard to find this place.No sign. and the computer for service is very slow and theres something wrong to process debit or credit card or pre paid card not accepted .They should let us know us first before We go to that location its really frustrating. The Billing incharged When I was asked clarification was so Rude. This kind of behavior was so damage the reputation to the company.I dont want to recommend any of my friends.

Gary GSignage for the location was a little hard to see driving by, only issue we had. Unit was ready to go at the reserved time, and with the inline check in pickup was very quick. Staff at DND were responsive and helpful.

Jeff PLocation was very responsive and quick to get me out with my truck. Although I had booked a furniture cart, I was asked to go to a different location to get it. The windshield was filthy with 0 washer fluid. Had to get it filled at a different location.
Pascal RThe staff member was nice and efficient, and the location is fine although a little bit difficult to locate as it can not be seen from the street (but the U-Haul sign placards were visible and helpful). As for the truck - not so great. The box of the truck was filthy - full of dirt and dust and an industrial type grease was smudged across the floor. I had to spend 90 minutes at home degreasing and scrubbing out the box before it was suitable to load our furniture. None of the furniture dollies I reserved were available either.

Maclan DSay the are open Sundays to 7 pm. We got there around 1:30-2:00. No one around, gate locked. Tried phoning the provided number 3 times with no answer. Had to phone U-Haul where we finally parked and locked truck on the street as agreed to and directed by U-Haul Horrible waste of time. Place not clearly marked.
Chris SI was on a tight schedule for my move, and they showed up to open the business 20 minutes late. I took the bus there that day, so that meant I was caught in the rain for 20 minutes. The employee on shift that day didn’t seem to care at all that he was late. The equipment itself was excellent. The staff was atrocious.
Mike CI rented the truck for my move online, I registered pick up at a location and leave the truck at the same location because it was close to my move (I changed my address to the same neighborhood) and the address chosen online was this: 8114 82 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6C 0Y4. The company called me changing my schedule in the morning (delaying my move) and at the end of the day, I had received a message from them, telling me another address very far away to deliver the truck?! Making me spend on mileage is not fair! I sincerely want you to reevaluate my experience with you and return part of my money! Leandra Laytynher
