I needed a UHaul 10'truck for a day and this location was the closest to me for pick up and drop off. I have to say, every employee I came in contact with there had excellent customer service skills and were very polite and helpful. They made pick-up and drop-off of the truck fast fast and easy. I would highly recommend this location and will use this location again for truck rental.

CLARK CI have no concerns it the location but with the regional distribution center. I received an email saying my first pickup location did not have my truck. I was given a new location to pickup the truck. On the day of my pickup I was at the new location with no truck available. I called and was informed that was not the location (I have the email with the correct location and time). I was given a new location with email and while on the way I got a phone call saying that a truck was available at my original location. This delayed my loading for the day and messed up the help I had arranged to help load the truck. This is not the first time I have had a problem with U-Haul's communication to it's customers but it will be the last time I use the company.

Brianne BOur teuck had no air conditioning, and the temperature was over 90 degrees. I reported it to the owner when we dropped off the truck. I expected some kond of credit for the inconvenience but didn’t receive anything.
frank pThe door was badly dented and could not latch properly so it flew open while I was driving (we didn’t realize this until after we loaded it). The door also came off its rails so was difficult to shut, also because of the dent. Finally, on a 90+ degree day the AC was barely working and I was sweating throughout my 4 hour drive
