DEANA SOn my pick up day the location was closed. I picked out a pickup time of 10 am but ended up not picking up the truck until 12 noon. The app did not give me the code and I had to call customer service. I was told I was locked out because the pickup time has passed. I feel this should not happen as moving schedules are often variable. Otherwise the experience was grey.
