While dealing with my soaking wet furniture, I received a text from this location letting me know that I couldn’t drop the truck off at that location because there was no room. I called customer service again to ask about this and report the leaking truck. I was told that the location had to accept the truck or else I would have to take it back to Fultondale. I ended up taking the truck back in the middle of the night so we wouldn’t have to pay extra mileage getting the truck to Fultondale. The location had no external lights and it was very difficult to find in the dark. As far as the leak, I was directed to the insurance dept and we are currently in the process of having the damages assessed. Overall the entire experience was terrible and I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.
