Originally I called DNA automotive for my rental. But when I went to check in my rental location was moved to a location in tarrent. They were not aware of my rental and didn't have a vehicle ready. We had to call customer service, who then sent us back to DNA automotive. This delayed our move, made us drive out of our way only to find out we didn't have a truck, and to be sent back to our original location. Uhaul has seriously gone downhill. I would not recommend uhaul to anyone! DNA automotive was very kind and helpful. Uhaul was not.

Kim JI did not reserve for this location. They were very unprofessional truck was dirty my granddaughter and I had to clean it and wipe the inside down cigarettes butts all in it and blue solo cups it reaped very bad with cigarettes I have asthma and had a asthma attack the air didn't cool properly and the breaks are very bad it was hardly pulling like the transmission was going out and used a crazy amount of fuel. The inside cabin was leaking air so bad it sounded like it was coming off. I and my family have always used uhaul but never again. They over charged me the website was almost $100.00 less than what I was supposed to be charged. And My insurance company gives me a moving discount which the man said I don't know how to do that so call uhaul and tell them to give you a discount. I don't recommend renting any uhauls from this company...
