Kenneth PThe clerk did not check my truck in. I left it with more gas than I picked it up with. I still got charged for more gas after I left. I have photos showing the mileage and the fuel level when I dropped the truck off. Complete scam. Extremely unhappy.
SCOTT SFix the app!!! I had trouble with it when I picked up AND dropped off the truck! It was ridiculous! The hassle this caused made me stressed and upset! I lost an hour off my rental due to having to “fight” with the app! I’m not sure I will rent from U-Haul again.
