Store clerk was unaware of reservation for Uhaul. Nothing was ready for signing and the estimated cost was different from what actual cost ended up being. Almost twice the amount. Very unhappy with the service.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkFix the back lock! Needs lockease or oil. Locked open position! Had to purchase my own lick to be safe when driving on highway
Billy SEverything is done with an app. I prefer a paper contract.
Rod HNo issues, truck was clean and ready when I picked it up.
Teresa BIt was a parking lot drop off. There was no personal engagement. However, I’m sure the clerk in DN would have been great. Digital drop off was great!
