Richard DI rented from a clean modern facility but was sent to a different dealer in a muddy field
STEPHEN GFirst off this was not my preferred location. It was Razorback storage and to change it the day before ...not good. this location staff didn't know what they were doing, took long to just get the rental. The lot was mud and my trailer was frozen to the ground. No one offered to hitch it up so glad I had a hammer to dis-lodge it from the ground. Trailer inside was dirty, ramp was dirty. Not going here again.

JOHN SThe guy was nice, but it took 45 mins to get a truck and I was the only person in line. The computer froze while processing, he called corp who gave him the number to someone else... who didn't answer... after calling corp back, they said he was trying to call us... waited another 15 mins. The truck was in good shape but had graffiti on the side. The tire strap was badly freyed on the trailer. Super skuzzy place
Azul MOnly ended up here because Springdale U-Haul gave away my rental that I have reserved for several weeks in advance. The person at the counter admitted that they had authorized another customer to take it that day without a reservation. This was after I waited 30 minutes in line. They then said my only option was to drive 40 minutes out of my way to go pick one up. The entire process took 2 hours and I almost missed my movers who also had reserved. Do not recommend Springdale U-Haul.

SANG TI check tire pressure at home and had to add 10 pounds to each tire. I can’t remember on previous rental that the tires were ever check by the place of pickup and I have always added air to the proper specifications.

Kirk CThere are so many improvements need! It took an hour to get this truck because the Uhaul app was not user friendly!! It was after hours for pick up & DW Services need a better process!! The owner did answer his phone and just gave us 1-800-uhaul to call for support. Improvements for DW Services: 1. Your customer should be made aware they're looking for "Mt. Pleasant" not DW Enterises when trying to locate the place. 2. Ensure your customer got written instructions by email on step by step process 3. Have a better process to get the key for truck. The Uhaul app was horrible! The video for pick up and return should be emailed or text to the customer no matter what!! Make it VERY clear to watch before pick up and drop off! The video information should also be available in written format to customer. Especially, if pick up is after hours!! You're wasting our limited time! For such a big company, I am quite disappointed in the their online app and the time it took to get verified. The return was even worse. We were not able to view video again after leaving screen. Thank goodness we opt to hold off dropping key in drop box. The app prompts made us take all of these photos before confirming drop off. Funny the same type of photos were not required at start. Horrible experience!

BOB DI had requested pick up from a locations maybe 2 miles from my apt, but instead was informed the night before when I called for confirmation that my picked location had changed. The Gravette location was fine, but was an extra 20 mins out of my way, when there were 2 other pick up locations available.

Bruce SU-Hauls unique return through the app is great — fairly quick and painless.
Bruce MUsing Google maps the location shows up 2.6 miles away. This is not fault of location but there should be something noting the address will not show up correctly. I drove around gps point multiple times before I found it then i was billed for 4 additional miles. It seems Uhaul nickels and dimes me every time I use them. I will be considering alternatives next time.

Mike RThe dolly provided was in VERY poor condition. The ratchet straps were frayed, the fenders were cracked. The bolts on the fenders were in terrible condition. Safety stickers half missing, peeling off, and faded. The man took off the $70 insurance I originally selected on my order online after trying to get us to purchase $200+ insurance, leaving us with NONE without our understanding.

TIMOTHY HBe more clear on drop off location. I was told the drop off location would be open for me to choose from three in the area I was going. Turned out I had one choice and it was 30 minutes out of the way. The other ones were full and couldn't take any more. This would have been helpful to know or at least not given the impression that I had a choice.

greg mRented the vehicle for 6 hours /1 day -pick up on 10/29 @11:30AM. The facility was closed on Sunday 10/30 when I returned @ 9AM. Was charged 2 day rental as the vehicle was checked in Monday 10/31 @ 9AM. Was charged for Sunday-Monday rental. Did not have the vehicle in my possession for that time frame. Feels wrong to charge for days not contracted or used. Please connect with me regarding this matter to make this right.
