The only draw back was that the owner is the only employee that knows how to use the rental software and he had to step out to get something for another part of the business, so I had to wait about 10 minutes. Other than that, the experience was great - efficient, clean, and helped me hookup.

The steering components on this 20' truck were worn out. It took constant attention and continuous corrections to keep the vehicle in the lane. The truck would dart and swerve in highway speed corners. Although the truck didn't pull right or left going straight down the road the wheels would "hunt" for where they wanted to be. Very challenging driving it through the mountains in SE Oklahoma. This rental location probably had no idea for this condition if the previous renter did not comment.

Trailer was not in the correct location and the Service man wrote it up as a local rental even though I was told to drop it off in Texarkana, TX by May 30 at 11:00 am. I was then charged for wrong drop off location when I dropped it off in Texarkana!
