MARCO CIt’s far out from city limits, but the town is growing. Great service but not to many people know about this place.
Hector DThis location should have employees present during normal business hours. Additionally prices should be reasonable and relatively similar to surrounding areas. I paid $200 more for this rental than I would’ve paid if I were in the next town an hour away. Extremely high prices especially considering I had to self checkout. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate!

JAVIER Rtires of hauling equipment in bad condition and not to the UHAUL standards, we had a damaged tire reported around 11:30pm on 8/30/24 and after multiple calls to the service center roadside assistance shows 5 hours later, poor and careless customer service over the phone. app doesn't work to request roadside assistance, overall a very poor experience, will thinking twice if UHAUL is my best option on my next rental
JESUS GAlthough the website read that they closed at 5:00 pm there was no one there to greet us when we got there at 4:20 pm we knocked on the door and some man opened and rudely told us to parked it and take pictures he said he was only there to clean the building.
JUAN CTruck was dirty and don’t tell u everything on the phone but when u get there they charge u about leaving deposit different price for mileage it’s kaoes never again go there!!!!!!!

JOSE MRENTAL DROP-OFF LOCATION WAS CLOSED SO WE HAD TO LEAVE IT INSIDE A BOX BUT HAD TO CALL INFORMATION IN 1800UHAUL BECAUSE WE DIDNT FIND A PLACE TO DROP THE KEY UNTIL THE AGENT TOLD ME ON THE PHONE TO LIFT THE TOP AND INSERT THE KEY🙏🏻 THANK YOU

ferico gThey never answer when needed. I have to be texting the lady because she says she is busy taking calls. Then I go and it’s empty. Location should be open Saturdays and Sundays. Right now I need it again and NO quick response! Good service in Laredo, Tx.

marisa rI have pictures of before departure fuel gauge and return fuel level. I was charged for. 4 gallons of fuel, I don’t know how you measure your fuel but I don’t see the difference in Guage measurement. I will post these pictures in Facebook to advise my friends.
HUMBERTO AYou have to drive through a dirt road full of potholes to access the location. In addition there's multiple semi trucks coming in and out of the cattle gate. They need to pave the road road or move to a better location. They don't have a representative on site so you have to call the number posted on a sign pick up the correct trailer.

Felix RThe office person was not on site to conduct a walk through nobody answered the door and you have nobody to answer any question except by phone because you do not get a person to deal with you. I have rented from U-Haul several times for different events and in different areas and it has always been very good experiences but from all those previous rentals the office located here in Eagle Pass has been the worst rental. Please look into how the rentals and turnings are handled here and improve them for continued support as a customer. Thank you.

miguel dThe representative needs to listen better because I had booked a truck for Saturday Feb 2nd to the 3rd and they booked me for March 2nd and 3rd! I was lucky there were trucks available because this was a very important move for me and my wife! It’s could’ve very easily been a bad weekend!
