The attendant was very polite, and cordial
LIZZETTE RIt is a lengthy process which was frustrating. And needing to pick up a truck at 6 in the morning and you wanting to call and verify two people at that hour is completely unfair. The lock is difficult to undo and to lock back up.
Melissa FMake sure that a scheduled pick up can actually pick up at that location, then when the location gets changed by U-Haul due to the pickup location being closed. Dont charge the extra miles that occurred from having to go to a facility much further away than scheduled

PORFIRIO OThe wrong truck was assigned to me, I opened the back of the truck and it was full of roaches. I ordered a furniture dolly, regular dolly and furniture pads. Only got the regular dolly and they attempted to charge me for all 3. Never received a phone call to go over my charges, I was just billed minus the items I didn't recieved, If it was a option I would give Uhaul a negative star

Alan BI don't think it is right for uhaul to charge me more because I didn't take the truck to the first drop off. There were only a few miles put on the truck. Money should have been refunded.

LARRY POur truck was is horrible condition. Front headlight was hanging out, the truck pulled to the right and shook terribly. Very difficult to drive. Brook was very helpful.
DARBY CWhen I returned the dolly 02/21/23 before 5pm, no personal were there (took pictures), next day I call to let her know that I left the dolly (she confirmed) and that I will need the truck more time because the delivery of our my new house was delayed, that I will need 4 more days she let me know that was ok, she never inform UHAUL about it, and I received an email 02/28/23 from NO RETURN EQUIPMENT, so I call back the same day to UHAUL know that I already left the dolly and that I ask for 4 more days (until 03/01/23), they took note and confirmed that the dolly was returned, yesterday I left the truck there (took pictures) and today I received email confirmation and my receipt where they charge for 6 extra days for the dolly, when I returned it 8 days ago. This location never call to let me know that.

Victor HI was told that this reservation drop off time could be edited to be the same time as the other reservation I made the same day, but that did not get done and I was charged an extra day. I did three reservations in the last month and spent a lot of money on them. I thought U-Haul would do what they said.

Donna SReceived a truck that had issues with 4 out of 6 of the tires.
AMBERLEA ANo fault of the facility I picked up the truck from, but the AC did not work in the truck most of the time. It was horrible making a 3-1/2 hour move in FL summer. The truck had a cigarette smell and pulled to the right a little. No big deal but the AC not working made it miserable.
Lucas YThe staff at my U-Haul pick up location was excellent and very helpful. They made sure that everything was properly hooked up. I was helped with a purchase an adaptor for my electical connection. Because of the staff the of renting the U-Haul trailer, I had an excellent experience.

Jeffery Ecustomer service was nice although the secretary was very to the point not very friendly and there was little kids in the background like it was a daycare the gentleman that hooked up my storage box was very helpful and very friendly however the lady that took my money seem bothered and more worried about the kids I believe that were in the other room
Lisa TTruck was very dirty. They seamed to not care about the trucks. I was told that the investors only care about the storage not the U-Haul part.

Jodean WEven thought it was not the place that I supposed to return the trailer but Mike was very friendly and helpful (even helped backup the big trailer). He really went out of his way to contact U-haul to make sure that I would not be charged extra for dropping the trailer off in a different location. Super star service! I would do business with this place again and definitely recommend it to anyone not just friends!
Hai Nyour return app sucks. It will not let you finish the return prosses. gets stuck on the picture step.

Robert SRight blinker and brake light was out half way home but the trip was made in the day time so it wasn't a big problem. The trailer pulled excellent and was in great shape overall.
