Was not pleased how the worker spoke to me! As soon as I walked in I told him who I was and I was picking up,he stated “Are you leaving your car here?” Yes as I knew I’d only be having your truck 4-5 hours there was no need to keep it 24hours. To which he made me park my vehicle on the opposite side of the property and walk back in Florida HEAT! I was not pleased! Knowing at 4pm would be even HOTTER!! I am disabled and would only be the driver Not the movers!! What aggravated was there are 3 Parking spots directly in front of the office and trust me Dade City U-Haul is NOT getting a rush of customers!! No I will not go back there, HE SHOULD PARK BACK WHERE HE HAD ME PARK,HE WASNT EVEN IN THE 3 spots I’m talking about!

When I went to return the key, there was already a key in the lock box, and it was jammed in such that I could not open the box to return my key until I used a pocket knife to push the key that was in there out of the way of the door.

edward wThis was my 3rd try to return. Went to first location you gave me and they came out and said we don’t do U-Haul any more. 2nd location was full. Ended up driving 35 minutes out of the way - took 1 hour and 25 minutes to return truck.
Steven RCharged an extra $60 for no reason. Left with extra gas and totally cleaned.
