My reservation was taken by someone else. When I was finally given the truck it was on empty and they tried telling me I had to pay for a full tank of gas to use the U-Haul. Had to wait over an hour just to get it and was still only given an hour an half to return it. The management had no clue what they were doing

JAVIER RIt's a drive thru beverage store that has a small back office to check in rentals. People were not trained. Got a "manager" on the phone that was knowledgeable of the contract or helpful at all. Absolutely no assistance in unloading the truck or trailer.
