They had it listed as opening at 9 am, but when I called, they said it might be 10:15 before they get there. They finally showed up at 10:45

My reservation was taken by someone else. When I was finally given the truck it was on empty and they tried telling me I had to pay for a full tank of gas to use the U-Haul. Had to wait over an hour just to get it and was still only given an hour an half to return it. The management had no clue what they were doing
