The lady helping me was professional, polite, friendly and competent. She was helpful when we needed to extend our rental for a couple days. The location is handy to access equipment, priced well, and while they don't inventory a lot of equipment they have what I need. I will be renting again soon from them and have mentioned them to a neighbor already.

alex mAt first l was very happy with the service until l ran into a problem and needed the truck longer! On line they told me l had until 7 pm to contact the store manager then l get a text soon after telling l must return the truck otherwise they were starting the recovery process. I was working and there was no way l could go to the office. I had the truck returned and key in the box the next morning l feel l was once again threaten if the truck wasn't there they were calling the police! This was,7 am the place didn't open until 10 am but the truck had been returned the night before as l told them it would and it was filled back up with gas.Very rude over the time of the return of the truck and l don't like being threatened at all . I didn't do anything wrong l know l would have to pay for extra days that's why there was a deposit put down in the very beginning!
Kimberly LReimburse your gas if you go over on it. If you accidentally pump more than you used you should be reimbursed for it.

Thomas NThe truck was parked in mud puddle - it was raining, I had to go around and take pictures of their truck because there was damage not shown on pictures. Soda had been spilled inside cab on console. Other uhauls I have rented from pulled the truck out, went over the truck with me. The only good thing I can say is that she warned me if I didn't check it inp roperly when I returned it, I'd get an extra fine.

Lori MThere seems to be 2 drop boxes to choose from to drop off the key to the truck after hours. One is about 20 to 30 feet from the front door and the other is at a window near the front door. They should mark it more clearly which drop box is which, and for what purpose. What may have been the consequences to me had I chose the wrong drop box?
David ARelocate equipment to a location if you run out of a certain type of equipment. Didn't like running 30 mins out of my way to pickup a truck.
