Very expensive. Not what I expected.
JOYCE WThe truck was very slow to start. The heater controller was seized and inoperable. A new truck was exchanged at check in, as a result.
DARRYL RThe advertised rate of $19.95 is VERY misleading. And I was not fully advised of the cost per mile and fees. I called the area manager about the bill and it was only then when I found out.

JEFFREY RCut back on the local gas mileage of $1.09 per mile. For someone renting a truck to pick up something is very expensive. Rental, gas and $1.09 a mile adds up quick.
JEFFREY RI rented a small 5’x8’ enclosed trailer. No ball hitch safety pin came with the trailer. This is a mandatory safety item so I had to purchase one. So I had to go to a hardware store and purchase one prior to my trip. This was not disclosed to me prior when reserving the trailer. They only cost about $2.00. These should be included and if the customer doesn’t return it just add it to their charge.

Jacqueline TThe location was convenient and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The truck was abysmal. The ABS, traction control, parking brake and tow haul light were lit. Thankfully we made the trip without a brake down. The vehicle smelled like a dirty dog and the inside was very dirty. We rented the truck for one day and it cost almost $500. If we were able to get them same U-Haul from Home Depot it would have been $159

GARY DDrop off was simple. Scott was outside when vehicle dropped off and went over vehicle with me. He handled the return and make it effortless. So nice to be able to speak to a person instead of an app or virtual person.
Ellen YWhen we went outside to pick up the van we received a check out email. There were cigarette ashes in the door and it required a photo. But we couldn't finish the checkout because there was a limit to how many photos we could upload and two items required a photo. Overall we are exceptionally happy with the van and the location and the process as a whole.

Linton CFor starters, don’t cancel someone’s rental without contacting them first. I made 2 separate but identical reservations. On the day of my pick up I found out that one of my reservations was canceled! Brutally frustrating!!!

Arkadiuz MWe made our reservation for 6pm Sunday-6pm Tuesday. The shop called us to let us know that they would be closed by 6pm and offered that we could pick it up earlier - great! really appreciated the heads up! However, we didn't realize that picking it up early meant we had to drop it off early on Tuesday, which completely messed with our plans. Otherwise, the process was very smooth and the staff was kind.

Saverino SThe van that I rented had a full gas tank. I traveled, however 30 miles or so and when I filled up the tank, it took 5 gallons of gas. So the vans gas gauge is inaccurate.

Joseph NHonestly, this is the BEST uhaul location I’ve ever come across. I’m terrible with names (is it Kevin who helped me?) but the designated uhaul gentleman was so unbelievably accommodating. He knew his stuff. He suggested another trailer for my load. I’m so grateful for that suggestion! It was the right call. I think this uhaul location differs because I felt cared for and felt like they were accountable for fulfilling my request. (As should be the expected experience, in my humble opinion.) In CONTRAST (not this location), historically I always felt uhaul was a 50/50 shot, no matter the reservation or circumstance or phone calls. This place rocks, man. It’s 20 mins out of my way but I’m only renting through them, if possible. 10/10 all day.
