The truck was clean and well maintained. My only problem was the online rental. I understand the need for that but for us baby-boomers it was a problem. I was glad my grandson was there to help.
I was the first customer at your dealer..Waited several minutes for the u haul rep to come out...He waited on two more customers before he got to me...The trailer was not the one you list in your ads showing trailer specifications...It was a 5x8 but it didn't have barn doors, instead it had overhead making it hard to get my equipment in...And instead of having rub rails and lots of tie downs, it had no rub rails and only 4 tie downs...Your representative was rude, unco-operative, and didn't care if I was satisfied with the trailer or not. If I didn't have a deadline to meet, I would have not taken it and gone somewhere else... Rest assured that I will never use this dealer again and I will certainly not recommend them to anyone else...Dalton Do It Center is a disgrace to the U haul organization.

The driver seat in the vehicle I rented needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable in driving long distance. I did inform the rental people of this.
Dalton do-it center is a staple in our community. They always have exceptional service and their u-haul rental staff is among the best I've ever dealt with. Can't say enough good things about these folks. They set the standard for sure.
UHaul should provide vehicles with a full tank of gas. It is very annoying and inconvenient to fill partial fuel tanks
